Stronghold Small Dog Violet 12 is a stout medication for dogs weighing anywhere between 2.3 and 4.5 Kg (5-11 lbs.) Not only is it a strong and fast acting treatment, but it’s also a long lasting one. One drop on the back of your dog’s neck will defend it from a multitude of diminutive parasites for no less than 30 days. Stronghold stops parasites in their tracks. Such parasites include:
  • Fleas--adults, eggs, and larvae
  • Heartworms
  • Intestinal worms—roundworm
  • Ear mites
  • Scabies (Sarcoptic mange)
  • Biting lice
  • Controls American Dog Tick infestations (Dermacentor Variabilis)

Since stronghold doesn't stop deer ticks. What do people use as a supplement to this product?
Answer:
You can use this product safely with almost any other tick prevention. Some people use with Seresto collars, some use with Nexgard.

Easy to apply, my dog sees me get the tube and she knows to come over and stand still. No fleas, ticks, and protected from heartworms in one easy monthly application. Gives me peace of mind knowing my friend is protected.
