I have been ordering from this company for a few years now. There service is impeccable! I recently ordered the wrong product, immediately contacted them, their response was very quick and taken care of. Products are the same that you buy in the U.S. at half the price.

This was the fastest delivery this time ever. It normally takes exactly 21 days. I always plan ahead and order as soon as I open the last package. This time it came in ONE week! I have ordered from this company since January 2013. I have placed 22 orders and never had a problem. You do have to be patient as it takes a long time to get your order. I LOVE Petbucket!
