My order had not shipped out as my credit card needed updating; when I spoke to a representative during the conversation I mentioned as it normally took over a month to get my order I had not noticed the lapse. He was shocked at this, and I told him I just assumed because it had to go through customs this was normal. He said he would investigate. My order shipped the day of our conversation and arrived 2 weeks later. I was too surprised.
