My order got mixed up at customs and USPS deemed it undeliverable because my address somehow got messed up. PetBucket was there in a pinch for me. Their response time was quick, they looked into the issue, and once USPS returned my order back to PetBucket, they were able to resend it. The product I purchased was flea, tick, and mite control chews for dogs 80+lbs. The chews started working within 30 minutes of administering.
