Great company to deal with. My order took a little longer to get here and when they did their follow up and realized it hadn't arrived yet I immediately got a second email asking me to please let them know if it hadn't arrived in another week. It usually takes a little longer to arrive here so I wasn't concerned. This is my third year buying from Petbucket. I would highly recommend them and it is so much cheaper than buying locally.
