I have corresponded with PetBucket's customer service department and they have been awesome, answering my email and question within hours. All and all, PetBucket is an outstanding company in my opinion and my new favourite one. What more can one want when Heartguard Plus is made in The United States, the best price on the internet plus fast service? I would not hesitate one minute to order from them, if I were a new customer. Judging by my experience, I think you'll be very pleased.
