I was emailed when I made the order, after I received the order and then a basic follow up. This was not bothersome; just the opposite! I like the Stronghold option by Pfizer. Its the same as Revolution I used to purchase from my Veterinarian at close to half the cost. Free shipping was a little slow but free.
