Over all they are excellent. Product, shipping & handling, Price. Their website leaves a bit to be desired. Just confusing to me. They need to box things because envelopes are smashed when package arrives. Luckily contents have been fine. It is the mail service issue not Petbucket.

Put in my order this year and was amazed and happy with the speed of delivery! Last year, it was over a month before my order was received. This year, it came earlier than predicted by Pet Bucket. Everything was correct and in good condition, which was also a problem with the order last year. Kudos = this company obviously cares about it's customers. And the prices haven't been raised, either. I will continue to do business with Pet Bucket.
