Ordering is easy, staff are prompt in answering inquiries, orders are shipped on time and in past 18mos or so have never been late. If you can plan ahead and set up auto-ship, prices are definitely better and with a large family of pets, that makes a big difference!

I was able to easily order Heartguard for my dogs. I hate the runaround that you get with vets when trying to get it. Took a little while to be delivered, but I just got them and I am very happy with the price as well.
