The website is easy to use and informative. I don't have to spend time entering an arrival date on my calendar and I have what I need when I need it for my fur babies. I just received my order today, Oct. 15, 2020. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the price of my purchase. I would like to suggest that in future, that orders put in the mail be in a box strong enough to protect the contents, as my purchase was crushed within the flimsy packaging it came in.
