Prices are excellent, they stay in contact throughout the transaction and they ship promptly. It took almost a month for our order to be delivered but I suspect much of that time was in clearing customs. Petbucket told us up front that the order would take a while to get here so we could plan for that. Nothing negative about our Petbucket experience and we will continue to order from them.
