I had an issue in which my tracking number wasn't in DHL's tracking system, so I contacted PetBucket about it. They emailed me back almost immediately and solved the problem for me, even getting the exact day my package should arrive correct. They also told me if there were any other issues to contact them, and checked in after the shipping arrival date to make sure I got my flea meds. I usually have to pay $76 for the flea meds my cat gets at my local vet, but it's $34 on Pet Bucket. I was worried with the tracking issue that it was all too good to be true and that I got screwed over AF, but I was happily proven very wrong. Thanks Pet Bucket!
