First, better than average. Providing tracking info is a plus.
Second, I did have some concerns about the suitability of the meds I purchased because of the bad reviews (healthwise) I saw on the internet. After a couple of years however, no issues. The med works fine with no bad side effects. Plus, in the US, the vets are trying to take control and want to issue prescriptions for this type of med. So this is likely why this particular med is getting bad press.
