I placed an order for several packs of Stronghold during the Black Friday sale. One of the 6 packs that I received would be expired before I could use them all. I emailed customer service over the weekend and received a response almost immediately. Pet Bucket offered to give me credit for the 3 vials that I would not be able to use before the expiration date. I have been using this company for over 8 years for all of my dogs and this is the first time I've had an issue with expiration dates. They promptly offered an appropriate correction to my problem and even answered my email over the weekend! I am completely satisfied with their service and products.
