This is the second order from Petbucket and I repeat that I am quite satisfied with the order process. My only minor complaint and it is repeated here as well has to do with the flimsy protection afforded by the paper envelope. For the second time the product packaging arrived crushed. No affect on the product but the box is crushed.Please change to more sturdy packaging especially since it crosses the Atlantic ocean to get here.
